Ingredients

  1. 3eggs
  2. 1tomato finely chopped
  3. 1onion finely chopped
  4. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tsp green chilli paste
  6. 2 tsp red cilli powder
  7. 1 tsp cumin powder
  8. 2 tsp coriander powder
  9. 2 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 3 tbsp oil
  11. As per tasteSalt
  12. As requiredWater
  13. As required coriander leaves finely chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl take three eggs, pinch of salt, red chilli powder and some chopped coriander leaves and beat it well.

  2. 2

    In a pan take little oil, when it become hot add the beaten egg mixture and make omelette. Cut into pieces and keep it aside.

  3. 3

    In that pan add oil, add the chopped onion. Fry them till they become translucent, then add the ginger garlic and green chilli paste and cook them till the raw smell gone.

  4. 4

    Add the dry spices like coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder and cook it on medium flame so that the spices do not get burnt. Add little water if required.

  5. 5

    When the mixture get smashy add water and cook it for another couple of mins on medium flame and then add the omelette pieces, chopped coriander leaves and cook for some more mins.

  6. 6

    Your ras omelette is ready to serve. Enjoy is with pav or rice.
