Soaked Chana dal overnight.. then make a smooth paste in a mixer..

Make a smooth paste of onion and green chillies..

Take a big mixing bowl add dal, besan and turmeric powder mix well then add onion, green chillies paste,red chilli powder,salt and again mix well for few secs..

Then add Corrinder leaves and mix well...The consistency of the batter should be thick..

Now heat oil in a pan and make the phulki..

Dip the phulki in salty water for 5 mins..

Squeeze excess water from phulki with your hands softly..

Take a bowl add dahi and all the ingredients in dahi section and mix well..

Dip the Phulki in dahi...

Garnish Dahi Phulki with roasted red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala and Corrinder leaves..
