  2. 30 clovesgarlic
  3. 2 tbspred chili powder
  4. 1 tbspsalt
  5. 2 tbspkalonji
  6. 1 tbspcumin
  7. 1 cupoil

    Crush garlic... mix crushed red chili, red chili powder, crushed garlic and salt.

    Heat oil

    Add cumin till starts to pop then add mix garlic and chilies then add kalonji mix well..

    Cook till oil separates... this chatni goes well with any rice dish...
