Ingredients

  1. 1large pack top sirloin steak, sliced into strips
  2. Olive oil
  3. 2onions, sliced
  4. 1green pepper, sliced
  5. 10 clovesgarlic
  6. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  7. 1 teaspoonoregano leaves
  8. 1/2 teaspoonAdobo
  9. 3/4 cupred wine
  10. 1 jaryour favorite spaghetti sauce (24 ounce)
  11. Pasta (any shape you like)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place your sliced onions and green pepper into a large pot that has been heated up with olive oil....Sauté veggies until tender.....

  2. 2

    Meanwhile prepare your steak by rinsing first in cold water, pat it dry thoroughly and slice into strips....

  3. 3

    Add your minced garlic to the onions and green pepper and sauté a few more minutes.....

  4. 4

    Now add the black pepper, oregano leaves and the Adobo, sauté for a few minutes more....

  5. 5

    Now add the red wine and bring to a boil....Boil until wine has reduced slightly.....

  6. 6

    Add your sliced steak strips into the pot, sauté until steak is slightly browned, stirring occasionally......

  7. 7

    Now add your jar of spaghetti sauce, cook for about 15 minutes over low to medium heat.....Stir occasionally....Remove from heat when done.......

  8. 8

    Serve with pasta and enjoy 😉!!
