  3. 2 tbsGinger garlic paste
  4. 3tha Tikka masala
  5. 4 tbsVinegar

  7. 2 tbsoil

  9. Tikka masala ingredients
  10. 1 cupYogurt
  11. 2Onion(chopped)
  12. 4Tomatoes (chopped)
  13. 1/2 tbsSalt
  14. 2 tbsgaram masala
  15. 1 tbsRed chilli powder
  16. 1/2 tbsTurmeric powder
  17. 1 tbsCoriander powder
  18. 1 cupOil
  19. Rice ingredients
  20. 2 cupRice(soaked for 1 hour)
  21. 2 tbsSalt
  22. 2 tbsOil
  23. Fried Chicken ingredients
  24. piecesMarinated Chicken
  25. 1egg (beat and mix salt and black pepper)
  26. Bread crumbs
  27. Oil for fry

Cooking Instructions

    Chicken ko cuts lagalein r vinegar, Ginger, garlic paste r Tikka masala lagake marinate kar lein 1 hour ke liye.
    Ab aik pan mein oil dal ke marinate kiya hua chicken dal dein r low flame py 30 minutes ke liye cover kar ke rakh dein.
    Ab iss ko coal ka smoke deny ke liye aik coal lein ossy grm kar ke kisi choty steel ke choty bowl mein rakh ke opr thora sa oil dal dein r cover kar ke 5 mint low flame py rakh dein.

    Pan Mein oil Dal ke onions brown kar Lein. Phr iss Mein tomatoes, salt, red chilli, Coriander, turmeric powder, garam masala r yogurt Dal ke 5 minutes medium flame py cook karein. Phr iss Mein chicken Tikka Dal ke 10 minutes cook karein. After that chicken Tikka masala is ready.

    4 cup water Mein rice ingredients Dal ke chawal ko boil kar Lein.

    Ab aik patily Mein pehly chawal dalen phr zarda clr, phr iss py chicken Dal ke phr opr chawal r chicken dalen. Opr green chilies r Dhanya Dal dein.

    Cover kar ke 5 minutes medium flame py then 10 minutes low flame py dum py rakhen. After that our tikka biryani is ready.

    Crispy fried chicken ke liye... chicken pieces ko pehly Maida Mein phr egg Mein dip karein then bread crumbs Mein dip kar ke..oil Mein medium flame py deep fry kar Lein.

    Tikka Biryani ki dish py crispy fried chicken pieces rakh ke serve karein with raita and salad. And enjoy 😋😍😋 😍
