Cooking Instructions

First, wash the chicken thoroughly and marinate it in a bowl. For this, mix yogurt, salt, turmeric, garlic ginger paste, and red chili powder with the chicken. Cover and leave it for an hour.

Next, heat oil in a pan and add a little onion to fry for a while. Once the onion turns red, remove it into a bowl.

In the remaining oil, add the rest of the onions and fry for a while. Then add the marinated chicken and mix well. Add garlic ginger paste. Cover and leave for 10 minutes. Once the chicken's water dries up, add coriander powder and garam masala. Sauté all the ingredients well.

The chicken is ready. Now, let's prepare the biryani. Wash the basmati rice thoroughly and cook it in a pot with salt and whole garam masala. When the rice is 80% cooked, drain the water using a strainer and spread it out.

Now, spread all the rice over the prepared chicken. Spread the fried onions on top. Add biryani masala and cilantro leaves. Then add ghee. Add a little water, cover well, and reduce the heat. Let it cook for 15 minutes.

The biryani is completely ready. Enjoy it with yogurt raita. It tastes very delicious.
