Steps

Take 1/2 kg Mutton in Cooker, add pinch of salt and turmeric powder. Keep it in Cooker and wait for 1 whistle.

Deep fry Onion, add Cardamom 2 pieces, Cummin seeds, Cloves 4 pieces, Marathi mogu, Bay leaf in oil and fry it, keep it in a separate container.

Grind the following : Coriander leaves, Mint leaves, Green chillies, Ginger 2 inches, 2 Garlic. Now put it the container made in above step.

Now add 1/2 liter curds, fry it well then add mutton made in step 1 and add some oil as per need.

In other utensils, put 2 litres water, add mint leaves, cardamom, cumin and put rice which is half boiled and remove excess water.

Now add half boiled rice on to masala made in step 4 and cover it with rice for as much time that u think will be suitable for rice to cooker.

Your biriyani is ready.
