Crispy, chewy Potato love bites /wedges, are deep fried to perfection and served with yummy gooey mayo curd dip.
They make an amazingly delicious combination with tea for evening munching or they can also be served as any party starter.

Crispy, chewy Potato love bites /wedges, are deep fried to perfection and served with yummy gooey mayo curd dip.
They make an amazingly delicious combination with tea for evening munching or they can also be served as any party starter.
Steps

Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into broad wedges.

Boil 3 glasses of water in a pan, add the potato wedges & 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the hot water.

Cover and cook until the potatoes are three-fourth done.

Strain and pat the potatoes dry with kitchen towel.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, take all purpose flour, red chilli flakes, dried mixed herbs, chaat masala powder and salt and mix it very well.

Toss the pototo slices in the spicy flour mixture meticulously, to coat them evenly.

Heat oil in a frying pan, drop the coated potato slices in hot oil and deep fry them on medium flame.

Once the potato wedges are well browned, crusty edged and crispy, remove them on an absorbent paper.

Prepare the mayo dip by mixing well all the ingredients listed under dip.

Do the plating and serve hot with curd dip or mayonnaise
