Ingredients

  1. For burger cutlet..
  2. 5Four- boiled potatoes(mashed properly)
  3. 2onions(finely chopped)
  4. 1 tbspfinely chopped capsicum
  5. 1 tbspfinely chopped beans
  6. 2 tbspfinely chopped tomatoes
  7. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  8. 1 cupbread crumbs
  9. 2 tbspcorn flour
  10. 2 tspgreen chilli chopped
  11. 1 tbspgreen peas
  12. 1 tspred chilli powder
  13. To tasteSalt
  14. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  15. For paste..
  16. As required water
  17. 2 tbspcornflour
  18. For garnishing..
  19. As neededSliced onion
  20. As neededSliced tomatoes
  21. As requiredSliced capsicum
  22. As requiredSome shreded cheese
  23. As requiredMayonnaise
  24. As requiredOil for fry

Steps

    Firstly mix all the above ingredients properly and make a dough

    After that take half bowl water and keep cornflour and make a fine watery paste. After that take some portion of above dough and make a round shaped patty after that dip this patty on the cornflour paste and after that take bread crumbs in a a plate and cover the patty from the breadcrumbs and after that take a kadai and keep the oil for frying and keep the kadai on the gas flame when the oil become hot, fry these patties and take a burger bun and cut this from the middle and

    Make two halves of the burger and spread the mayonnaise on the middle of the buns and after that keep the fried patties on it and after that keep the one one piece of sliced onion, capsicum and tomatoes and cover the patty with another half of bun

  4. 4

    And keep this burger on the preheated microwave for 3 minutes and serve hot with sauces repeat this process till the finish of the dough
