Steps

Wash the rice and soaked for 20 minutes.

Now heat the milk, when it's boil add soaked rice and cook on low flame.

String occasionally, let it thickens then add sugar, chopped nuts and cardamom powder.

Mix well and another cook for 2 minutes then switch off the gas.

Let it be cool.

Garnish with chopped dry fruits and saffron.
