leftover t-bone or any other steak (preferably was med. rare) • big white mushroom chopped in 6 • french shallot, sliced • a pack of enoki mushroom • light soy sauce • Salt and pepper to taste • mayo (the real one, you know what I mean) • good olive oil (the one that tastes fruity and spicy) • powdered wild mushroom (or truffle paste) • small french shallot finely diced • Juice of 1/4 lemon • Salt and pepper to taste •
