I used a box of frozen spinach and cooked it with the turkey I added garlic to that and when it was done cookin I added that to the ricotta and then tasted for flavor it was bland so I added cayenne pepper and garlic and herb Mrs dash! I also threw in some mozzarella in to that put some sauce in the bottom of the pan with a little mozzarella on top added the stuffed shells then topped with more sauce and more cheese! yummy yummy yummy! :chef

It's very easy to make I suggest instead of layering the spinach chess and turkey to just mix it all together its easier that way and make sure u taste for seasonings of u do.t it will be vert bland :-)
