I was inspired by my grandmother whose cooking was inspired by love and passion. Knowing she had to feed 8 children it could not have been easy financially.
I try to use only natural products in my cooking because I know where it comes from. That is why I try and grow as much of what I consume on my little vegetables garden in the capital of Normandy - Rouen.
