Brown veal in olive oil

Add bay leaves, thyme, salt and pepper

Add mushrooms and fry till golden brown....

Add water and cook for one hour.. correct salt and pepper as desired

Add cream and stew for half an hour... sprinkle fresh parsley before serving..

Serve with rice or cooked potatoes.

Great with Chardonnay... bonne appetite
