Ingredients

  • 6sour apples
  • frozen pie crust
  • 8 tablespoonssalted butter
  • cupsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oven to 180 degrees

  2. 2

    Peel apples, remove seeds and cut in two

  3. 3

    Mix sugar and butter in a pan.

  4. 4

    Place apples in sugar caramel sauce

  5. 5

    Cook the apples until golden brown and soft...

  6. 6

    Place pie crust over apples and tuck it in around the edges...

  7. 7

    Place pan in oven and bake for 30 minutes

  8. 8

    Remove from stove, take a plate and cover the pan... flip over the pan.... and voila
