- I altered slightly by adding 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of onion powder and 1 tbls of dried parsley. I also used a kitchen aid mixer with a dough hook to stir instead of a wooden spoon. I liked the texture a lot after rolling it several times flipping over each roll, then baking just the crust in the oven for about 6 min before adding toppings. take out, add toppings then back in the oven for about 15 min. the crust is thin with a nice crispy bottom side. it is super easy to make and super fast. from start to finished pizza was about 30 min. good thin crispy crust pizza crust.
