- Im from new orleans... made mine using red potatoes and left skin on (thats how we eat 'em in the N.O.), came out awesome! Yukon golds are great too. Absolutely LOVE this recipe. Will make this again soon, was an instant hit here at home w my girlfriend during our movie nite!! I also subbed milk for half and half...more calories but worth every bite!! =^.^= Añadir comentario
