I do about 80% of my cooking on a Kamado Joe Classic II Ceramic Smoker/Grill.
I pride myself on developing recipes that are easy and delicious.
In addition to cooking, I love the Philadelphia Phillies, my two English Bulldogs: Odin & Mack, Kayaking and occupying my time designing t-shirts.
