Omg I kinda cheated on this one but it come out amazing especially when you have a sick hubby

1. Ground beef enough for your size family
2. I had to end up using large can of cream of mushroom and 2 small cans
3. 1 can mushrooms
4. 2 tablespoons minced garlic we love garlic lol
5. 1 chopped onion
6. 1 can milk
