Ingredients

  1. 1/2 litreMilk
  2. 2 tspCoffee powder
  3. 2 tspSugar
  4. as neededWater
  5. 1 tspChocolate powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add sugar and coffee in a mixing bowl. Add a little water. Beat continuously for 5 minutes. Add 1 tb spoon water more and beat again till the mixture turn butter colour and sugar is dissolved.

    Take a pan. Add milk and boil it.

  3. 3

    Now take a coffee mug. Add 1 tb spoon of coffee sugar paste and pour boiling milk over it.

  4. 4

    Serve hot garnished with chocolate powder
