  1. 1 1/2 cupkhajoor
  2. 6-8Marie biscuit
  3. 1/2 cupdry fruits crushed
  4. 2 tspghee
  5. 2 tsproasted peanut powder

    Clean khajoor, remove seeds and chop it. Break the biscuits into small pieces using hands.

    In a pan, add ghee. Keep it on low flame.

    Keep on roasting it till it becomes lump. Now add biscuits dry fruit powder and roasted peanut powder. Mix it well.

    Spread it on a sheet and roll it using sheet. Give it a shape of tight roll.

    Cover it using aluminum foil and keep it in fridge for half an hour.

    Remove it from fridge, remove the foil and cut it into rolls using sharp knife.

    Khajoor biscuits roll is ready to serve.
