Take all ingredients and boil the potato.

Cut the potato in small piece. roast the cumin seed.

In a grinder take yogurt and mint leaves.

Add potato slices, green chillies.

Add all spices in it and grind smoothly.

Now add garammasala and red chilli powder.Mix well.

Now dish out and enjoy with kababs.
