  1. 1 kgdahi
  2. 1large boiled potato
  3. 1 cupmint leaves
  4. 1 tspbhuna hoa pisa hoa zeera
  5. 1 tspchat masala
  6. 4-5 jaweylehson
  7. 3-4hari mirch
  8. 1/4 tspsalt/kala namak
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tspgarammasala

    Take all ingredients and boil the potato.

    Cut the potato in small piece. roast the cumin seed.

  3. 3

    In a grinder take yogurt and mint leaves.

  4. 4

    Add potato slices, green chillies.

  5. 5

    Add all spices in it and grind smoothly.

  6. 6

    Now add garammasala and red chilli powder.Mix well.

  7. 7

    Now dish out and enjoy with kababs.
