This is a favourite with the kids. You can change it up and use different types of pasta if you like. For a fiery flavour, have it with some kimchi. Really, try it, it’s delicious!

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 125 gramspasta
  2. 60 gramsbutter
  3. 3 tbspflour
  4. 3 cupsmilk
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1 cupshredded parmesan
  7. 1 cupshredded cheddar

Cooking Instructions

    Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked. (See package for instructions) Drain.

    In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in flour and salt until smooth. Pour milk into butter and flour mixture while continuously stirring until it is smooth and slightly bubbling. Add shredded Cheddar cheese and shredded Parmesan cheese to the mixture. Keep stirring for 2 to 4 minutes until cheese is melted.

    Fold cooked pasta into the cheese mixture until well coated. Serve and enjoy!
