My Pimento Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  1. 1-2 cupssmall pasta shells
  2. 1 cupwater for boiling
  3. 1/2 cupheavy whipping cream
  4. 1 (7 oz)container of Pimento Cheese (I use Price's)
  5. 1 cupFiesta blend shredded cheese
  6. 1/2 tsponion powder
  7. 1/2 tspground mustard
  8. Salt and pepper to taste
  9. Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs for topping
  10. 3 slicesbacon (chopped)= optional

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil shells.

  2. 2

    Drain shells.

  3. 3

    Add heavy whipping cream to drained shells. Now add Pimento cheese, Fiesta blend cheese and seasonings.

    Mix well.
    In baking dish, spray it with nonstick stick spray. Add shells mixture. Top with parmesan cheese and bread crumbs for topping.
    Pop in the oven at 375 for 15-20 minutes. Broil on low for 3-5 minutes.

I accidentally used 12oz pimento should I add some more noodles and cream?
