Ingredients

1.5 hour
8 to 10 person
  1. For yakni
  2. 1 kgmutton
  3. 8 glasswater
  4. 2 tbspsalt
  5. 4-5Clove
  6. 6-8Black pepper
  7. 3-4cinnamon
  8. 2-3black cardamom
  9. 1 tbspsonuf(fennel seeds)
  10. 8-10 piecered gol mirch
  11. 1 tbspcoriandar
  12. 1 piececheese cloth(malmal)
  13. 1/2 kgpotato (optional)
  14. For Rice
  15. 1/2Oil
  16. 3-4Cloves
  17. 6Black pepper
  18. 3cardamom
  19. 2black cardamom
  20. 2bayleave
  21. 2cinnamon stick
  22. 1 tspblack zeera
  23. 1large onion slices
  24. 1 tbspgarlic paste
  25. 1 tbspginger paste
  26. 1 kgRice(30 minutes soak)
  27. 1/2 cupcurd
  28. 8-10Green Chilli blender (as required)
  29. 1 tspred chilli flakes (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan put the Mutton

    Take a cheese colth

  3. 3

    Put 1 table spoon coriandar

  4. 4

    1 tbsp of saunf

  5. 5

    Add Black pepper

  6. 6

    Add Clove

  7. 7

    BLACK cardamom

  8. 8

    Add cinnamon stick

  9. 9

    All together this spice

    Make a potli

    Then 6 to 8 Glass water in mutton pan

    Then add prepared spice potli

  13. 13

    Add salt to taste

    Add red gol mirch

  15. 15

    Put the flame on medium to low flame

    Boil the water then add 1/2 kg of potatoes and cook until potatoes are tender

    After a while check this potato are tender so leave the Mutton in pan and cook until mutton is tender

    Take one piece of mutton and check this mutton are soft then flame is off

    Remove the spice potli

    Take green chilli in blender as shown

    Take a large pan and add hole garam masala

    Add slices onion fry nice golden colour

    Also add ginger and garlic paste stir it

    Then add blended Green Chilli mix very well

    Add boil mutton and fry it until nice shining mutton

    Add curd and stirring continuesly for 5 minutes

    Then add saved yakni

    And salt to taste

    Add chilli flakes

    Add soaked rice stir it then check this water to requried so add this normal water

    Mix and cover the rice and let it cook

    You see the water is reduced and little bit bubbles are showing

    Then add bolied potatoes nicely mix

    Take a tawa put the flame on and out the something heavy on the pan for atleast 15 mins

    Rice are fully cooked

    Serve with salad or ratia
