Ingredients

  1. 250 gmscottage cheese
  2. 1 cupsliced capsicum
  3. 1 cupsliced onions
  4. 1/2 cupsliced tomato
  5. 1 cuptomato puree
  6. 2 tbspCashew nuts paste
  7. 2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  8. 2 tbspGreen chillies
  9. 1 tbspCumin seeds
  10. 1 tbspCumin powder
  11. 1 tbspGaram masala
  12. 1/2 tbspBlack pepper
  13. 1/2 tbspRed chilliy
  14. As per tasteSalt
  15. 3-4 tbspOil/Butter
  16. as requiredAmul fresh cream

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan and heat oil to it.Add onions to it.

    Fry it for 1-2 minutes and then add capsicum to it. Saute it for again 1 minute.

    Now add sliced tomatoes to it.

    Cook it all together for 1 minute.

    Now take it out the fried vegies from the Kadhai and add tomato puree to the Kadhai

    Cook it for some time and add salt and other spices to it.

    Cook it for 2-3 minutes on a high flame until the masala separates oil from it

    Now add cashew paste to it and mix it well.

    Add the cooked vegetables to the gravy so that the vegetables can absorb it nicely.

    At last, add paneer to it and cook it all together for 1 minute.

    Turn off the gas, pour fresh cream on it and serve it hot with the chapatis
