Ingredients

  2. 1 litremilk
  3. as per tasteSugar
  4. as requiredDry fruits, chopped
  5. 1/2 tsp ghee
  6. 1/2 tspelachi powder

Cooking Instructions

    In Kadai add ghee and grated lauki stir for 5 to 7 mins add milk and sugar stir continuously till lauki is soft.

    Add dry fruits and elachi powder cool in refrigerator for 1 hour. Serve.
