Ingredients

  1. 1 cupatta or wheat flour
  2. 1/3 cupsemolina
  3. 2 tablespoonroasted carom seeds
  4. 1 tablespooncumin powder
  5. 2 tablespooncumin seeds
  6. 1 tablespoonchaat masala
  7. 1 tablespoonsalt
  8. 2-3 tablespoonvegetable any oil
  9. 1 teaspoonblack pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First mix all the ingredients and spices together and make a smooth very hard dough

  2. 2

    Let it rest for 2 to 3 hour and put oil in other pan

  3. 3

    Keep on very low flame once oil is heated up

  4. 4

    After 2 to 3 hours make flat tortilla of small portions of dough and cut them in any shape

  5. 5

    Deep fry them on very low flame so they cook inside outside from both sides

  6. 6

    Enjoy yummy healthy homemade snack

  7. 7
