Today I thought everyone does not have all purpose flour always available so let's try another flour wheat flour with semolina to make crunchy and more healthy. #teamtrees
Cooking Instructions

First mix all the ingredients and spices together and make a smooth very hard dough

Let it rest for 2 to 3 hour and put oil in other pan

Keep on very low flame once oil is heated up

After 2 to 3 hours make flat tortilla of small portions of dough and cut them in any shape
- 5
Deep fry them on very low flame so they cook inside outside from both sides

Enjoy yummy healthy homemade snack
