Let’s make the creamy Tofu Cheesecake! Trust me, it tastes super good! 😋

預備食材

6-inch cake
  1. Digestives 6-7 pieces
  2. Cream cheese 180-200 g
  3. Fresh soft tofu 200-220 g
  4. Milk 90-100 ml
  5. Butter 50-70 g
  6. Sugar 50-60 g
  7. Gelatine powder 15 g
  8. Warm water 15ml (optional)

料理步驟

    Prepare your ingredients. Put the Cream cheese in room temperature.

    Blend the digestive biscuit 🍪 & steam the tofu for 10mins (for removing excessive water inside and make sure the tofu cooked)

    Add melted butter in digestive & mix it well.

  4. 4

    Put the digestives on the mold & gentle press it evenly. Put the mold into the freezer for 30-45mins.

    Add sugar in the cream cheese and blend it well.

  6. 6

    Add tofu in the mixture and blend it again.

  7. 7

    Let the gelatine powder dissolve in warmed milk or 15ml warm water. Mix it well. Add the milk and dissolved gelatine in mixture and mix it well.

    Take your freeze mold out. Gently pour the mixture in with or without filtering it. (It depends on you want creamy and fine texture or you wanna taste tofu granules.) Put it into the freezer for 4-6 hours

    There you go. Creamy tofu cheesecake 🍰!
