預備食材

6cups (850-900ml)
  1. Soy bean 100 g
  2. Water 900 ml
  3. Rock Candy x3

料理步驟

    Wash the soybean and soak into the water for 6-8hrs or even longer (put it into the fridge)

  2. 2

    After soaking for a long time, take it out and remove the excessive water. Use the blender to blend the soybean (add 200ml water in)

    Blending all the soybean, and prepare a big bowl. Add the other 600-700ml water in & stir it

    Turn on the heat and keep stirring it for 15-20mins.

    Filter the soy milk with your filter. (You can use thin towel to do it if you have

    Knead the boiled soybean to remove excessive soy milk inside

  7. 7

    You can also use the kitchen strainer to filter it as well. Use a spoon gently press it down.

    Use a small bowl & boil the soy milk. Then you can add rock candy in & stir it well until all the rock candy melted.

    There you go. Homemade soy milk! You can make soy milk & meng tou as your breakfast!
