Mango Frooti

Mango Frooti is very common & most favourite Drinks among all.specially kids loves to drink mango frooti.here I made Mango Frooti with very less ingredients having no preservatives that makes this recipe more Tasty & Healthy.you can store it in refrigerator for one week.
Cooking Instructions

Take two ripe mangoes and one raw mango. Peel off and cuts in pieces. Now put these pieces in a pressure cooker and add 1 glass of water.give 2 whistles.

Now open then pressure cooker mash the cooked Mango pieces with a spatula and make a paste.

Now drain the paste with stainer. Very fine Mango puree is Ready.

Now take sugar in a pan add one glass of water. Put it on gas.

Here we just melt the sugar.No need to make a single string sugar syrup. Just sugar completely melts in water and boil for a few seconds.

Now mix half part of sugar syrup into the Mango puree.mix well. Add 2 pinches of citric acid.mix well.

Now add one glass of water mix well.

Taste the juice if you need more sweet than add whole sugar syrup and a little bit of citric acid to increase the sourness of liquid. Mix well now Mango Frooti is ready.

Add some ice cubes to the Mango Frooti and served chilled.

Enjoy very Tasty Delicious and refreshing Mango Frooti with no preservatives.

Storebought Calpis is getting expensive, plus I can make this as quickly as my kids ask for it when I keep a supply in the fridge.Please dilute by 4-5 times the amount of liquid or to taste. I adjusted the sourness so that kids can drink it easily. If you prefer it more sour, add a bit more of the ● ingredients.
