Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 2ripe mangoes
  2. 1raw mango
  3. 150gm Sugar
  4. 1.5 litreWater
  5. as neededOrange food Colour(optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the mangoes and cut them into small cubes.

  2. 2

    Put the chopped mangoes,water and sugar as per taste and sourness of mangoes in pressure cooker.cover the lid and cook for 2-3whistles.

    Now,mangoes became soft.put the mango pulp along with water in blender jar and blend them.

  4. 4

    Then,Mix the mango pulp with cold water for it's consistency and strain it for removing the mango fibres.

  5. 5

    Now refrigerate it for 2hours and serve it chilled.
