Let’s make some chicken nuggets by yourself! Super simply and fast way to cook!
料理步驟

Prepare your chicken breast and cut it into small pieces. Blend it with your blender. (Tips: we need to keep the chicken breast frozen as the blender will generate heat and slightly melt the frozen chicken breast)

Add the seasoning (except for the corn starch) and blend it again!

Add the corn starch & blend it. Take a small piece out & gently knead it to see whether the meat can form into a good shape easily.

Take the mixture out. Prepare cake flour and some water. (Tips: wet your hands can shape the chicken breast easily!)

After wetting your hand, prepare the digital scale. Measure each chicken nuggets. Each one should weight between 18-20g

Gently shape it and put it into the cake flour. Make sure the whole nugget fill with thin and even cake flour on it. Put it into the freezer for 20-30mins

While chicken nuggets staying in the freezer, prepare the nuggets batter. You can reuse the rest of cake flour and add extra cake flour in. (The total amount of cake flour should be 45-50g!)

Gently add some salts & water in. Mix it well.

Put the batter in the fridge for 20mins.

Take all the ingredients out. Get your fry pan or cooking pan ready. Put cooking oils in.

Put the nuggets in the batter and mix it with your chopsticks or forceps.

You can put small pieces of batter in the pan to test whether the cooking oils heat enough. When you see the batter frying quickly, it means it is ready to fry them.

Gently put the nuggets in. Fry them in 3-5mins until it turns golden brown both sides.

As I didn’t use a lot of cooking oils. I would like to use a spatula pour the oils on the top of nuggets (Make sure the top can fry evenly)
