This is another version of tofu cheesecake!

預備食材

Making time:
6 inch pie
  1. Digestive biscuit 4-5 pieces
  2. Unsalted Butter 40-50 g
  3. Cream cheese 150-180 g
  4. Fresh soft tofu 130-150 g
  5. Milk 60-80 ml
  6. Sugar 30 g
  7. Gelatine powder 7-9 g
  8. Warm water 10ml (optional)

料理步驟

Making time:
  1. 1

    Prepare the ingredients. Blend digestives finely.

    Steam the tofu for 10mins (remove excessive water & Make sure it is cooked)

  3. 3

    Add butter in biscuits. Gently put on the mold. And mold it on the pie cold with your hand or spoon 🥄

    Put your mold in the freezer for 45-60mins. Rest the cream cheese in room temperature.

    Add sugar in cream cheese and blend it well.

  6. 6

    Add chopped tofu in and blend it well.

  7. 7

    Prepare your gelatine powder with warm water or warm milk. Make sure the gelatine melt in water or milk.

    Add the dissolved gelatine & milk in the mixture. Blend it well.

  9. 9

    Take your frozen pie mold out. Filter the mixture and gently pour it in the mold. (You can decide not to filter the mixture if you want to taste granulated tofu)

    Freeze it for 3-5 hours.

    There you go. Creamy tofu cream cheese pie!
