Ingredients

  1. 3 cupscubed potatoes
  2. 1 teaspoonchopped green garlic
  3. 1 tablespoonred chilli paste
  4. 1/2 cupchopped coriander
  5. 2 tablespoonlemon juice
  6. 2 tablespoonolive

Cooking Instructions

    Boil potatoes cubes for 3 minutes adding 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Remove, drain and pat dry.
    Fry them until golden brown.
    In a pan heat oil on medium heat. Add red chilli paste and garlic and mix. Add in lemon juice and coriander leaves. Mix well and add fried potatoes to it and mix well. Cook for a minute or so and transfer in a serving dish.
