This spicy potatoes with aromatic spices, looks beautiful and easy peasy prepare.
Cooking Instructions

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes’ and cook until tender. Drain cooked potatoes.

Melt the butter in a pan

Dd all above mentioned spices

And fry for 1 minute until fragrant.

Tip in cooked potatoes and toss until they are coated with spices. Then fry potatoes for few minutes and SERVE it

It's a spicy version of hashed potatoes that goes well with beer.It's best to shred the potato with a slicer or mandoline, since more starch will come out of it and it will stick together better. Don't remove any moisture that comes out of the potatoes.If you don't like very spicy food, halve the amount of curry powder.You can make this in a frying pan too rather than on a griddle.
