  10. For Coating:
  11. 2 cupbaisan
  12. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  13. 1 tspzeera
  14. 1/2 tspajwayen
  15. 1 tspsoda
  16. 1/2 tspsalt
  17. pinchfood colour
  18. 1 tsphaldi powder
  19. water for knead

Cooking Instructions

    First boil potato.Peel and mash it.add all stuff ingredients and make a small round shape tikiya.keep in fridge to set.

    Add all ingredients of coating in baisan and make a smooth paste.rest for 1 hr

  3. 3

    After 1 hr dip potato tikiya into baisan paste for coating.

  4. 4

    Now deep frying all potato tikiya in medium flame

  5. 5

    When it become golden brown in colour off the flame.

  6. 6

    Now its done ready to serve. Enjoy !
