Ingredients

  • 4-5Boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 cupBoiled chicken
  • 1/2 cupCabbage chopped
  • 1/2 cupCapsicum chopped
  • 1/2 cupCarrot chopped
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • Salt as taste
  • 1 tblsOil
  • For batter and coating:
  • 2beaten eggs with salt & pinch red chilli powder
  • 1 cupBreadcrumbs
  • Sesame seeds (till)
  • Oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry all veges and boiled chicken with salt and black pepper till veges gone soft. Put it in the boiled mash potatoes and make cutlets.

  2. 2

    Dip in eggs better then coat it with bread crumbs and seasame seeds. Fry it till golden brown from both sides. Serve with ketchup or chillie souce.
