Vada Pav Bites Fusion Recipe Vada Pav Bites Fusion Recipe
Week 2The fusion in a recipe should keep the original taste intact. It shouldn't be so different that the real flavor is lost. I've tried to create just such a fusion here. You can also make this recipe for kids' parties later. I've fused vada pav by using bread instead of the traditional pav, but the taste remains the same. I used a great method to roll and shape the vada, then cut it into single-bite pieces. You can enjoy these as bite-sized snacks. Neeta BhattTranslated from Cookpad India -

Moth Dal Vada with Bottle Gourd Moth Dal Vada with Bottle Gourd
Today, for the first time, I made vadas using moth beans, and everyone loved them as an evening snack. Usually, vadas are made with chana dal or split urad dal, but I tried them with moth beans and they turned out great. To make them crispy and delicious, I used flattened rice (poha) and lemon juice. This is a crunchy and tasty snack. Moth beans are a nutritious legume, rich in protein and a good source of vitamin B. They also contain iron, copper, magnesium, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, sodium, and zinc. Sudha AgrawalTranslated from Cookpad India
