Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgChana
  2. as taste salt
  3. as taste black salt
  4. as tastee red chilli
  5. as taste dry roasted ground cumin seeds
  6. as taste chaat masala
  7. as taste black pepper
  8. as requiredfor frying oil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a chana wash and soak in overnight.Next day boil for one whistle.

    Then water drain and chana spread in kitchen towel for hslf and hour.

  3. 3

    After dry take a wok add oil then oil heat put chana and fry.Then fried chana floating in oil that sign chana are ready.

  4. 4

    Take a fried chana sprinkle all spices and serve in tea or coffee.
