This chana masala is very tasty and perfect for satisfying evening hunger. You can also enjoy it with tea.
Cooking Instructions

First, rinse the soaked chickpeas thoroughly with clean water.

Heat oil in a skillet and add the chopped onions. Sauté lightly; do not brown them.

Add the soaked chickpeas and sauté. Then add all the spices listed above and salt. Sauté everything together with the chickpeas.

Sauté for only 5 minutes, then turn off the heat. Transfer the chickpeas to a plate and drizzle with lemon juice and chaat masala. Mix well.

Your tangy and delicious chana masala is ready. Serve with lemon wedges and green chilies.
