  • 3 clovesGarlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoonsBlack pepper,
  • 1 teaspoonCrushed red peppers,

    Brown ground beef with the onion. Add garlic and spices.

    Add the rest of the ingredients. Put mixture in slow cooker on low for 4 hours.
