This chocolate bark is kind of like a grown up Krunch bar but with dark chocolate, cocoa krispies and toasted coconut. It is very simple and quick to make and so good. It's great as a bar but also really good in ice cream, cookies and brownies.

Though am aren't really a fan of plantain Buh when I ate this it totally brought a smile on my face......Children will obviously love too have this ☺

This rice is probably my favorite rice to eat on its own. The sweetness of coconut really comes through and doesn't need sauce or condiments.While this recipe comes from Epicuriois, I've modified the recipe to use full cans of coconut milk and cream so there's not half cans left over.
