Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 2 tbspgram flour
  3. 1 tbspsemolina
  4. 1 tbsprice flour
  5. 1/4 tsp baking soda
  6. 7 tbsppowdered sugar
  7. 1/2 cupghee
  8. 2 tbspfresh and thick curd
  9. Pinchsalt
  10. 1 tspcardmom powder

Cooking Instructions

    First, take all the flour and baking soda mix well and sieve them keep it aside.

    Now in another bowl take ghee, sugar, curd whisk it for 3-4 minutes until it becomes fluffy.

    Now add the flour mixture into the ghee mix ture and make a dough out of it

    Now make a small balls out of the dough and line the baking tray with aluminum foil, keep the balls on distance so that when they bake they don't stick to each other

    Preheat the oven for 7 min ake the nan khatai at 180 degree for 18-20 minutes until they become golden brown.

    Now cool they completely on wire rack.

    Store in an airtight container.
