  • 300 gflour
  • 200 gbutter
  • 200 gpistachio cream
  • 300 gsugar
  • 12whole eggs
  • 6egg yolks

Steps

    Mix eggs with sugar until stiff peaks form

  2. 2

    Mix butter with pistachio

  3. 3

    Add pistachio and butter cream into egg mixture

  4. 4

    Add flour and blend well

  5. 5

    Chill for 4hr and pour into moulds

  6. 6

    Bake at 180c for 8min

  7. 7

    Serve with pistachio gelato

Hi. I would love to try this recipe, but do not understand how many eggs I should use. It says both 12 eggs and 6 yolks, but does not specify how to use
