Ingredients

  1. Halftube of yam
  2. 5large eggs
  3. 2stock cubes
  4. I large onion

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the yam tube to your desirable shapes and boiled until soft. Dip in a fork and see the softness of the boiled yam.

    In large bowl, cut the onion into cubes, break the eggs, add stock cubes and whisk slightly.

    Add a medium quantity of cooking oil in a frying pan, let it hot.

  4. 4

    Dip in the boiled yam in the eggs mixture and fry it until golden brown. Turn the other side too and fry until golden brown.
