Ingredients

  4. 1/2 Teaspoon baking soda
  5. as per tastesalt
  6. 1/2 cupmilk
  7. 1/2 cupcurd
  8. Some green coriander leaves
  9. some onion seeds
  10. 1 cupBlack urad dal
  11. Half cup rajma

    Mix the maida with baking soda. Baking powder, sugar, salt, curd, milk, and 4 tablespoons oil and make a soft dough, and rest for 1 hour.
