Cooking Instructions

In a pot add oil, jeera, rai, hing, green chillies, red chilli powder, haldi powder and water.

Add dhaniya powder, garam masala, amchoor powder, salt, coriander and lemon juice.

Let the water boil add in the fried gatte (check previous shared recipe) and aloo. Add soaked rice.
Let it cook for 15-20 min and check. - 4
Its ready. Serve hot.
