Ingredients

  2. 1/2 bowlchana dal
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoonGaram masala
  6. 1/3 teaspoonHaldi
  7. 1/4 teaspoonJeera
  8. 1tablespoonRefined
  9. 2.5glassWater
  10. 1onion cut in long slices

Cooking Instructions

    Keep chanadal for 1hour in hot water

    Heat the refined in pressure cooker

  3. 3

    Add jeera

  4. 4

    Add onion after 1minutes and chanadal

  5. 5

    Add salt, red chilli powder,garam masaa, haldi and rice after cleaning it properly

  6. 6

    Add water and closethe pressure cooker

  7. 7

    Switch off the gas after 1whistle

  8. 8

    Rice is ready for eating
