Ingredients

  1. 1green Capsicum
  2. 1red Capsicum
  3. 1 cupMatar
  4. 1medium sized chopped onion
  5. 2 tbspCutted Green chilies
  6. 2medium sized chopped tomatoes
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Oil as per required
  9. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  10. 1 tbspRed chilli flakes
  11. 1medium sized potatoes
  12. 1 tspcumin seeds
  13. Water as per need
  14. 1 tspginger garlic paste

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan,put oil,add cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste.

    Make it saute into oil for 1 minute.

    After that, add chopped onion make it saute in oil until onion becomes slightly brown.

    Add 2 chopped medium sized tomatoes.

    Add red chilli flakes, salt and turmeric powder.

    Add all mentioned sabzi.

    Cover pan with lid and leave it into low medium flame.

  8. 8

    After 25 minutes, add also water if needed.

    After 25 minutes,check,mix sabzi is almost done.

    Add cutted green chilies for garnishing.

    Serve with chapati. Eat with joy.
